Our costume is finished in garment-quality stitching and construction so it can be handed down to siblings and worn for years to come. Made of 100% polyester organza and tulle fabrics. Dress and hat glow in the dark. Glow-in-the-dark material needs to “charge” under bright light for approximately half an hour to glow properly. Glow lasts for approximately three to four hours. The glow effect will become weaker over time because of the constant rubbing.
