Gloria Vanderbilt White Polka Dot Blouse

Chic white blouse with black polka dots. Some of the dots are the little swans! (See pic) Button-down front. Long sleeves but they are currently rolled up and buttoned so this measures at 16 in sleeves. Classic and versatile. 27 in length and 25 in PTP, a little oversized. Excellent condition, only worn 1x. No call outs. Smoke free home, pet friendly but stored away from pets.
