Glitter Orange Prom Homecoming Strapless Dress

This glittery dress will make a statement at any dance, party, or event! It’s strapless with a sweetheart neckline. The tag says it is a 9, but I’m a women’s 8 or 10 and it’s too small for me. I personally think it fits more like a women’s 6. (But I believe it may be a 9 in juniors) I included measurements in the photos since the sizing is different.
