Glass perfume with screw on crystal ball. Refillable

This may be vintage or new from old stock. Beautiful vanity item. Glass is shade blue with the enameled base. The top has tube to use as application tip. Base is gold colored, butterflies and crystals. These were made in an array in colors and enamel application. Nice collectible. I have another bottle listed in a purple. Nice vanity item. This bottle has no smell or residue. Is refillable.
