Glamorous Strapless beaded sparkly dress with Fringe

This is a very glamorous vintage dress that is in very good condition. The beating was handmade and covers the entire dress. There are a couple areas where the beating is missing due to use, but they are hard to notice. With a little bit of revamping, this dress could be perfect as a second dress for a wedding or any dance party!!
