Givenchy en plus vintage polka dot dress w/pockets

RARE vintage Givenchy en plus dress white with black polka dots, short/half sleeve with bows at the bottoms of the sleeves, pockets! the body of the dress (aside from the sleeves) is lined. good vintage condition, pics of the 2 areas (back of dress and sleeve) where I found spots, which may come out with dry cleaning. there are no size or material tags but I would estimate this as a luxury size extra large. here are some approximate measurements: pit to pit: 20" top of back of dress to bottom: 38" arm opening width: 6" please feel free to message with questions
