grescoc @giwabbey It does have some give but it sounds like you might need the next size up. This is a 42, you are saying you are a 45.

giwabbey I don't understand the Givenchy size chart as I've never owned a shirt from the brand. I have a 16.5-inch neck, weigh 185 pounds, and am 5'8" with an athletic build. I want to buy it but I don't want it look like a muscle shirt.
