Cute navy blue dress with white polka dot pattern. size 7 has a couple flaws. back hem is frayed in one spot shown in pics and there are a couple spots with pin stripe lines where it may have been pulled at one time. by and by brand has belt loops for waist belt. no belt included crossposted #bag G2
