Girls red embroidered dress

This appears to be a handmade embroidered Mexican red dress for a little girls size small. This dress feels like 100% cotton. I bought these used but never had a chance to let my girls wear them. The dress is 28 1/2 inches from top of shoulder to bottom of dress. 12 inches across the chest.
