Girls raincoat size 4

Time for puddles! Adorable yellow and white raincoat with cute hood and ruffle detail. Snaps up and has pockets on each side near the waistline. No rips or tears but a very small blemish on the back of the left sleeve (see picture). Smoke and pet free home. Happy to take more pictures or answer questions!
