Girls chloe shorts size 14

NWT girls Chloe shorts size 14. Bought at a children’s boutique in Paris. On the tag where the barcode is it has sticky residue. It must have had another sticker on it but I don’t remember taking it off. They’re brand new, never worn, no damage.
