🛍Girls' black Halloween cape

Black hooded dress to wear as a villain or medieval character. This is just a little small for my 9 y/o, as shown in photo, so I think it would fit sizes 5-8, although the tag states 7-10. No tears, but some loose seams, as shown in last two photos.
