The all white dress base is accented with red and green. The Peter Pan collar and short puff sleeves have a red piping trim. The smocked panel across the chest is also trimmed with a red piping on top. A double diamond row of green and red embroidery borders the top and bottom of the smocking. Sweet red and white roses with green leaves are spaced perfectly across the smocking. The back has a button closure done in white pearlized buttons.
