Girls Size 5 Flower Dress

Never been worn size 5 and in Brand New Condition with original tags on it and packaging! Was supposed to be worn last summer for a wedding but due to Covid-19 the wedding was canceled and the couple never had their wedding ceremony. It no longer fits my daughter.
