Girls Minnie Mouse Dress with Petticoat Small

Adorable red and white polka dot dress with stretchy black fabric, gathered sleeves and cute attached black petticoat to give pretty flounce to the skirt. Was hand stitched underneath ( shown in last pic) to keep the petticoat material from itching my daughters skin...it worked out and my daughter wore it for her school halloween party...she paired it with black leggings and black ballet flats...adorable!! Dress is in terrific condition.
