Girls Maroon and black floral skater dress

This dress could not be any more soft or cute on! Maroon with black flowers. The fabric is 95% rayon and 5% spandex, giving it the softest/bouncy feel! Purchased from Nordstrom and never worn by my daughter (but the tags were removed!) size says S (7/8) but it seems to fit more like an 8 to me.
