Girl's Knit Fashion Accent Top Yoke or Bib or Shrug Pink No Size or ID ~13" wide

We're not sure what exactly to call this and there are no tags so we can't prove anything or provide any details, maybe knitted by grandma? We measured approximately 13" across the shoulders and the overall length is about 10-1/2". Poshmark forced us to put in a size so we picked "L" which seems about right. Maybe "one size fits all/most" would work better. We do not nave anything like it to compare with. Pre-owned. No damage or excess wear evident, might have been worn once or twice. Sorry, we don't have the correct size model available to get really good photos.
