Gorgeous handmade smocked dress in ciel blue with pink piping, stylized flower smocking. Puffed sleeves, button back placket. CONDITION: Unused, no flaws or issues. SIZING: no size labels, measures like a generously sized 10-12 years, PLEASE compare measurements to a similarly styled dress that fits well. Measurements are shoulders 12.5", bust at base of smocking 34", sweep 82", band on sleeve 9.5" around, length neck to hem 34". FABRIC AND CARE: not labelled, but cotton. I'd recommend dry cleaning. OUR HOME IS NON-SMOKING AND WE HAVE MANY CATS. Some pet hair involvement may occur despite my best efforts.
