Girls Half Jacket

This is the cutest thing ever!! There's no size because the tag was bothering my daughter so we ripped it out but it fits like a 4-5. It's meant to be short, sleeves long. So cute on, one of my favorites!! Unfortunately, not one of my daughters favorites! She wore it once, it's literally still stiff! Excellent condition, like new. No flaws or sign of wear at all.
