Girl's Grey Tulle Skirt, OSFA, Stretchy Elastic Waist!

Excellent Condition! Soft tulle, not stiff or scratchy! Lined for comfort and modesty. Elastic waist is VERY stretchy, fits multiple sizes and won't dig or cut into skin or leave compression marks behind! Length can be worn long for little girls, knee length or short for bigger girls. Very versatile, can be dressed up or down, works great for costumes as well.
