Girls Embroidered Long Sleeve Halloween Top Size 4

Girls Embroidered Long Sleeve “ just a bunch of hocus“ Halloween Top Says Size 6 but it didn’t quite measure out to a 6 but measures more like a 4. The last two pictures show the actual measurements. Top is in good, usedcondition. There is a small stain on the back, which is highlighted in the photos otherwise no holes.. the embroidery on the top has puckered slightly but not beyond wear.
