Girls Easter & Spring Sleeveless Tutu Dress - Small ~ 2-3T I have a small toddler so not 100% familiar with kids sizes but this does look to be on the smaller side for a girls dress sized as a small. My toddler in 2-3T size wore it comfortably. Happy to measure for you if you need to make sure the sizing works for you.. just ask! :)
