Girls Blue & Pink Ruffle Two-Piece Swim Set

Cute two-piece swimsuit with long-sleeve ruffle top. Blue fabric with pink shell print. Matching bottoms with pink ruffle rows. Soft stretch swim material. Bright, playful design. Some spots on back and bottom of a ruffle, barely noticeable but can see if you hold up tot the light (see pictures). Tried to stain treat but they only faded. I feel this runs more 6-12 than a true 12m.
