Brand new set of 2 ballet tutus for girls. Set includes 1 plain blue tutu, and 1 blue tutu with metallic gold and silver polka dots. Size- Length: 11”, waistline: 16” waistband is elastic and stretchable to 25” suitable for girls ages 2-5. Tutu is made with 3 layers of polyester tulle.
