Cute little row of pom-poms along the edge of the flowy ruffle front. Jersey cotton-feel dress material. Comfortable and versatile. My daughters loved this dress until outgrowing it💙 The inside printed tag has been worn off from washing. I’m almost positive the dress is “So”brand. Small slight stain on front that I am treating and washing to try to remove!
