It will comfortably fit a 28-30" Chest. The skirt is an A-line style with the matching colored banding going all the way around the bottom. It buttons and zips in the back and has 2 button placements to choose from. It has been professionally altered to a smaller size by adding darts on each side of the waistband...see last photo.
