Reposhing this item I purchased from @sitanya_1. Excellent pre-loved condition. Very rare real snakeskin exterior with smooth lambskin leather interior. Absolutely no coin residue. Small non distinct signs of wear on the corners but no peeling or exposed piping. I believe this may be from the 1990s. Made in Italy.
