Gingham skinny pants, elastic waist, made in Korea, marked M but fit like XS

Woven gingham stretch pants with elastic waistband and back pockets. I don’t know the brand name. Made in Korea. There’s no fiber tag. It feels like cotton with spandex added for stretch. ABOUT THE COLOR: I think the color is black, but it could be perceived as a very dark navy blue. The close-up photos of the tags look blue, but that’s not the real color. (The color of my nail polish is also distorted.) Front rise 9” Waistband flat measure unstretched 11 1/2” Inseam 28” Excellent gently used condition. No stains or tears.
