Giant-Size Spider-Man #4 & 6 (1975-76 Marvel) Lots of 2 Punisher - Human Torch

This issue features the third appearance of the popular character the Punisher, as well as the first appearance of Moses Magnum. Spider-Man and the Human Torch team up to fight the Wizard and Mysterio, who have joined forces to try and destroy their foes. The main story is titled "The Web and the Flame!".
