Gianni Bini strappy, ankle tie heels

These blue and white patterned fabric, stray ankle tie heels have been worn once with no signs of Ware other than to the bottom. Uppers and cover of heel are fabric, feels very soft and silky, but probably synthetic material. Long straps to tie around ankles. Very fun, pretty shoes. 4” heel, size 7 1/2
