Gianni Bini Black Sleeveless Strapless Dress Tiered Pleated Side Zipper Party 12

Gianni Bini black strapless dress is size women’s 12. Dress is pleated all the way down. The hem is out of the dress and needs to be fixed. Along the top is a ruffle. There is a rubbery material along the back top edge of the dress to help it stay up. Dress has a black lining. There is an adjustable strap inside i think to help hang it up. Because if you would try to use it the strap is below the ruffle and would pull on the lining. It looks like it had 2 of those straps inside but the left one was cut out. Made in China of 59% Acetate 29% Nylon 3% spandex. Lining 100% acetate. Armpit to armpit is 18” across. Armpit to where hem should have been is 30” long. Previous owner may have washed it. Tag says Dry Clean Only.
