Draped front panels with open slit, double layer, inner layer longer with open slit as well. Zipper closure. Measurement laying flat: Waist: 16 inch Hips: 22 inch Length: 32 inch Fits like 6 or 8. Condition: good used condition. Minor flaw: on the back towards the left bottom, there’s a teeny scuffed mark, NOT a hole. Smaller than pinky nail size. Completely invisible when wearing because the fabric drapes. I love this skirt, super cool to style. Y2K vibe!
