Giambattista Valli Skirt

Giambattista Valli Zebra Tulip Skirt. Worn maybe once still looks brand new. Has a furry feel to it. Only thing is that I’m not sure if there was a clasp before or the string it attaches to is how it comes as seen in 8th and 9th photos. Size 44/M. I measured this laying flat at the very top of waist was 30 inches. Very expensive brand.
