⭐️Overall condition--altered item. Excellent condition. Originally this piece was a dress from the designer’s 2010 collection according to my research on it. I’m not certain what happened with the skirt of the garment—whether it was damaged in some way, perhaps—but the owner altered it into a cute top that maintains the feel of the bodice with small pleats at the slightly cropped length (17.5” length). I’ll show you pictures of the hand sewn areas.
