This is a pair of Gia Couture 'Boom' faux suede black velvet like fabric over the knee boots with a red patent leather kitten heel, EU size 38, US women's size 8. Size conversion taken from the Gia Borghini website. The fabric is stretchy and there is a rubberized band at the top to keep the boots up. Excellent, like new condition. Retail $950 USD.
