llynnie Be patient. It is one of the hard lessons on Posh. Those shoes are worth your original price. AND people love to think they’ve got a deal. I list at a fair price, if someone likes it then offer them a discount. Your doing good to send offers to likers. I’d price the Mules back to $45, then offer someone $35. You just need the right person to see your listing. Sales are picking up after a very slow summer. People will start holiday shopping soon.

llynnie Keep sharing your listings. If someone is searching, Posh sorts the search for the most recently added or changed. Just hit the 3 dots at the top right of your listing, hit edit, hit list. It a bit faster way to do it.

sarajack @llynnie yes the bundle thing is super confusing. I actually don’t do it, but will look at YouTube to see how to properly do it today. An ambassador left me a hateful comment like the first couple days I was on here because of, I think, a bundle I shared. I asked the help center if it was “right wrong” and they said it was cool so I just figured it was a joy very nice “suggestion” by this particular ambassador

llynnie @sarajack I go back and forth with “styling” (creating a bundle for someone instead of letting them build their own). It is a bit... aggressive.. maybe not the right word of a sales tactic. I’ve had more success just sending a price reduction to likers.

sarajack @llynnie I completely agree, as far as it’s really not in my comfort zone as a sales tactic. But I still will YouTube it so I can do it properly. I, as a shopper would rather just bottom line the transaction and let the buyer pick and choose, but I can see how it helpful to both the shopper and buyer, as far as others go

llynnie @sarajack Good question. I generally decline them then send a quick comment thanking them for their kind offer. You don’t need to say why you don’t want it. Treat people in here like you like to be treated. I’m never offended if someone lets their bundle expire. I don’t know their situation. Hope you have a productive listing day. 🙂

llynnie Some people “remove” the item from the bundle. That is a clear indicator to that seller you don’t want it. Open the bundle I sent you, then click remove. It is about 5 lines down.

llynnie When I bundle something I expect the person to give me an offer. They could counter your offer. The alternative is for me to make an offer instead of putting an item in a bundle.

We’ve had some pretty heavy losses in recent years. But the gratitude of still all being together after all this insane couple years was heart warming to say the least. How’s was yours?
