Either can be worn alone, or zipped together for extra warmth. The shell has a powder skirt for skiing, and a cinchable hem. The hood is on the outer shell, and is also cinchable. There are outer zippered pockets, as well as extras on the inside of the shell. The puffer jacket is burgundy (polyester fill), and the shell is a slate gray.
