German girl Costume with Accessories size small to a sm medium

This is a handmade German girl costume with all accessories. You get the vest with ruffled tank top, skirt with under crinoline (will need ironing), arm, puffers, and neck collar. Wig and beer mug purse. Some staining on the beer mug. This costume was made by my mother and I received lots of compliments on it. Hard to say what size it is if I had to guess I would say a small to a small medium. Say last photo for reference.
