Georges Briard MCM Vinyl Brown and Metal Gold Faux Tortoiseshell Ice Bucket VTG

This is a gorgeous vintage ice bucket by Georges Briard, made in the USA (signed on the bottom). Made out of faux vinyl tortoiseshell brown pattern and metal gold accents. Size is approximately 7” when handle is down and 12” when handle is up. The lid is cushioned, and I love that it has gold metal rectangular knob, serving as both functional handle and decorative accent. The bucket’s handle is vinyl on top and metal on the bottom. It was a bit hard to photograph given the vinyl has a bit of a shiny surface, so any white marks are the light reflecting and not actual scuffs. Overall in a great vintage condition (see photos and video). Approximately from the 70s, so beyond its practical use, this ice bucket adds a touch of mid-century modern and Hollywood regency vibe to any room, shelf, or bar cart. Comes from a pet/smoke free home!
