The maroon ribbon makes the hem. The flowers are maroon and pink on green vines. There is a loose thread on a lower flower and a tiny ink mark at the back of a sleeve next to the seam. Size 12 months but looks bigger to me like 18 mo. Skirt is polyester and nylon. The bodice all polyester. Smoke free
