You are looking at genuine sterling silver belt by UGO CACCIATORI. Belt is made of sterling silver with a pirate and swords. Belt measures 43" long with 32" from the first perforation and 38"7 at its last perforation from buckle and 1"1 width. The size is 32-34 (see measurements). The front buckle measures approximately 1"7 x 3" and has great detail.
