echigik0804 @tbeaufort there are three sizes: S, M, L; each measurement is a circumference for each size at three points of your leg: ankle, calf, thigh; thigh has elastic inside, it's stretching so it has two numbers: one for flat and one for starched; Please measure yourself to choose correct size that fits you Hope it helps

echigik0804 @ebgoodaaz It's hard to say as everyone's size differ in different places. If your legs are not skinny I want to say to get M. but on the safe side please measure to fallow the diagram. Posh said shipping is 1-3 days. I'll ship the next day follow the payment but can't answer for USPS.
