Hello @acekeeley Thank you for your purchase, I went to package this backpack to get it ready to ship to you and noticed that one of the straps with the clasp was missing. I looked it up online and it is a $3 part plus the buckle (https://www.springfieldleather.com/Clasp-Tuck-Lock-Oval-1-Np).
