A true vintage 1940s small rounded oval shape all black feathered tilt hat with a long full face veil and velvet back bow. A genuine Forties hat. This small oval shaped 40s tilt hat is completely covered in black glossy feathers. The back has 3 long black real velvet streamers. An elastic back band to hold it tilted to the front of the head. Slightly stretched. A long full face veil. One size. In very good condition with only a few small holes to the veil. Not that noticeable.
