100% cotton size medium top in white with navy blue buttons and flowers. Short ruffled detail along top collar, down front shoulder and pleated short sleeve w/button. One sleeve needs a couple hand stitches on the elastic loop that holds button on edge of the right sleeve. No other defects nor flaws. Cute top. If you want add pics of the button needing a quick fix, just ask, & I will upload. Thx

jenavi @denelles hi. I dont know what you mean by fits TTS or small. The measurements are shown in the pics for close up and size is labeled within the description. Unsure of what you're asking me here about this top. Hope the info above helps you.

jenavi @denelles hi. I'm not sure if it's true to size. That's why I posted pics with tape measure of 17" across bust which is 34 inch bust and 21.5 inches long. It has very little stretch. Even though it says medium I feel more comfortable saying it would fit a small best.
