Gently used/loved, vibrantFree People "Kissed By the Sun" crop high-low top with removable (velcro) bottom ruffle making a higher crop, Size XS but extra roomy. Very generous cut, please see measurements. The colors and detail of this unusual top make it absolutely stunning and a fun pull-on, tassel lace-up top with key hole back and pretty 2 covered button closure. Turquoise bodice and bell sleeve cuff with applique and embroidery on black floral-printed heavy gauze blouse. Very minor pulls in the embroidery in spots, please see photos.
