OK so you won’t take the shoes back that were damaged obviously you got them from somebody. You have no idea because they totally weren’t yours to begin with. You’re selling them for somebody else. It’s pretty much false advertising so if you won’t give me back my money and let me send you back the shoes that are extremely damaged then how about you sell me this little black dress for the same amount money and I’ll just pay the difference as a good gesture
