Vintage Mid Century General Electric (GE) Company commemorative plate or plaque with a painted image of a gas, oil, or perhaps water drilling rig and the words General Electric Company Electric Drives for Drilling Rigs. There may be farm buildings and a combine tractor in the background, but it also might be depicting an oil drilling site. The piece is made of a smoky gray glass. It's in vintage condition with scratches on the base consistent with age and two small fleabite sized chips on the lower top edge. About 8 1/4" x 8" x 1".
