Gene Marshall Doll "Sparkling Seduction " 16" New in Box. Never taken out of the box. Accessories still in plastic bags The "Gene" series of 16" (15.5") dolls were the brilliant creation of Mel Odom. His spectacular imagination created a whole world of 1940s actresses and movies, and their beautiful outfits. And these are seriously fine dolls: Actual pierced ears, nylon stockings, really super details. We have received a collection of about 40 Gene series dolls we will be selling individually. We're learning more with each box we open. All have been stored in clean, dry storage, all in original boxes, many of them never opened, still tied in place with their little ribbons. The series ran from 1995 to 2010, when creator Mel Odom "retired" Gene, freeing him up to do other projects.
