This lovely heart pendant by Lenox has 3 genuine birthstones: 1 diamond, 1 aquamarine, and 1 sapphire ~ It comes with the original chain ~ It is in good vintage condition with some small signs of wear as shown Maker / Label: Lenox Measurements: Pendant: just under 1” Chain: 19.5” Marked 925 but pendant and chain are gold in color. I believe it’s gold filled. I recall the website saying 14K but I’m not sure.
